And as i said, there are many Ball Workouts Types to choose from. There is the ball squats. Your legs are spread a part , toes are straight facing, hold the ball in the center and squat. As you are squatting you will hold on to the ball as tight as possible and lift it over your head.As you are coming back up you can lower the ball. To intensify this ball workout , while the ball is in the air , hold your squat.
Another one of the different Ball Workout Types is a floor type exercise with the ball. Lay a floor mat down on the floor. Lay down on the mat and make sure your back is flat. Try to place the ball in between your legs. You will want to make sure you can lift the ball with your legs. While the ball is in between your legs you will lift and bring your legs in all while holding the ball with your legs.At the same time you are bringing your legs in towards your abs , you are taking your arms and putting them behind your head. You will lift your head up at the same time you are bringing in your legs closer to your abs.
One of the many Ball Workout Types you can try that will focus on the abs are crunches. Take the ball and place it on a mat for stability. Then sit on it like you would sit on a chair and keep your feet flat on the ground. While your feet are still flat on the ground put your arms across your chest just as you would see a “mummy” do and lean back so that you are lying on the ball while your feet are still flat on the floor. At this point you are still laying down on the ball now begin to lift your upper body up as if you were doing a sit up. Rest your body back in the previous position and repeat.
